Consequence of helping an oppressor in falsehood
Hadith 1306
- " من أعان ظالما بباطل ليدحض بباطله حقا فقد برئ من ذمة الله عز وجل وذمة رسوله ".
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Whoever helps an oppressor unjustly so that, through his falsehood, he may erase the truth, he is absolved of the protection and guarantee of Allah and His Messenger."
Hadith 1307
- " من أعان على خصومة بظلم، أو يعين على ظلم، لم يزل في سخط الله حتى ينزع ".
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with them) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Whoever supports a quarrel or oppression while committing injustice, remains in the displeasure of Allah Almighty until he refrains from it."
