Who is liable for a deposited trust?
Hadith 1305
- " من استودع وديعة فلا ضمان عليه ".
Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Amr (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Whoever is entrusted with a trust, there will be no guarantee upon him."
