Silsilat al-Ahadith al-Sahihah

Sayyiduna Hudhayfah bin Yaman (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Whoever sells a house and does not spend its price on something like it, then there will be no blessing in it for him."
