Silsilat al-Ahadith al-Sahihah

It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Mas'ud (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "When two people involved in a transaction dispute and neither of them has any proof, then the statement (that will be considered valid) will be that of the owner of the goods, or both of them will annul (the transaction)."
