Silsilat al-Ahadith al-Sahihah

It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah, may Allah be pleased with him, that the Noble Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "A man grows old and his body becomes weak, but his heart remains young in two things: the love of life and the love of wealth."

The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "If the son of Adam had two valleys of wealth or gold, he would surely seek a third valley. (The plain truth is that) only dust can fill the belly of the son of Adam, and Allah accepts the repentance of the one who turns to Him in repentance." This hadith is narrated from a group of the noble Companions, including Sayyiduna Anas, Sayyiduna Ibn Abbas, Sayyiduna Ibn Zubair, and Sayyiduna Abu Musa (may Allah be pleased with them all).
