Silsilat al-Ahadith al-Sahihah

It is narrated from Sayyiduna Uqbah bin Amir Juhani, may Allah be pleased with him, that he said: My sister made a vow that she would go to the Ka'bah barefoot and bareheaded. The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, came to her and asked: What has happened to her? The people said: She has made a vow to go to the Ka'bah barefoot and bareheaded. The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Order her to ride (an animal), to cover herself with a cloak, to perform Hajj, and to offer a sacrificial animal."
