Silsilah Sahihah

‘Isa bin Khudrami bin Kulthum bin ‘Alqamah bin Najiyah Khuza‘i narrates from his grandfather Kulthum, who narrates from his father, that the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) said to him in the year of the Battle of Muraysi‘, when he had embraced Islam: “Your Islam will be completed by giving the zakat of your wealth.”
