Silsilah Sahihah

It is narrated from Sayyidah Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her), the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Every human being among the children of Adam is created with three hundred and sixty joints. So whoever says « الله اكبر», says «الحمد لله», says «لا اله الا الله», says «سبحان الله », says «استغفر الله», removes a stone from the path, or removes a thorn or a bone from the path, or enjoins a good deed, or forbids an evil. (That is,) if he performs such mentioned deeds in the number of three hundred and sixty joints, then he will reach the evening that day in such a state that he has distanced himself from the fire of Hell."

It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him), the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: “(Every day) there is a charity due on every joint of the children of Adam.”

It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Every day on which the sun rises, a charity is due from every joint of the people. (And charity is not only spending wealth, but) reconciling between two people is also charity, helping a man to mount his animal or lifting his belongings onto it is also charity, speaking a good word is also charity, every step taken towards the prayer is also charity, and removing a harmful thing from the road is also charity."
