Silsilat al-Ahadith al-Sahihah

Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Indeed, Allah the Exalted has placed blessing in Suhoor and in measurement."

It is narrated from Sayyiduna Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Whoever intends to fast should partake in suhoor with something."

Sayyiduna Khalid bin Ma'dan (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Come to the blessed meal." By this, he meant the pre-dawn meal (suhoor).

It is narrated from Sayyiduna Miqdam bin Ma’dikarib (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: “Partake of the pre-dawn meal (suhoor), for indeed it is a blessed meal.”
