Hadith 844
- (أُريتُ ليلةَ القدرِ، ثم أُنسيتُها، وأَراني صُبحَها أَسجدُ في ماءٍ وطينٍ) .
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Unais (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Laylat al-Qadr was shown to me, but then I was made to forget it. I think that on the morning of that night I will be prostrating in water and mud." He said: On the twenty-third (night) of (Ramadan), it rained, and the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) led the prayer. When he finished, it was seen that there were traces of water and mud on his face and nose.

Hadith 845
- (أُريتُ ليلةَ القدرِ، ثم أيقظَني بعضُ أَهلي، فنُسِّيتُها؛ فالتمِسُوها في العشرِ الغَوابرِ) .
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "The Night of Qadr was shown to me, then one of my wives woke me up, so I forgot it. Seek it in the last ten nights."

Hadith 846
- " اطلبوا ليلة القدر في العشر الأواخر من رمضان، فإن غلبتم فلا تغلبوا على السبع البواقي ".
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Seek the Night of Qadr in the last ten nights of (the month of) Ramadan, and if you are unable to do so, then (let it not happen that) you are overpowered regarding the last seven nights as well."

Hadith 847
- (إنّي خرجت لأخبركم بليلة القدر، وإنه تلاحى فلان وفلان؛ فرُفِعت، وعسى أن يكون خيراً لكم، التمسُوها في السَّبع والتِّسع والخّمسِ) .
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Anas (may Allah be pleased with him), he says: Sayyiduna Ubadah bin Samit (may Allah be pleased with him) informed me that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) came out to inform about (the exact date of) Laylat al-Qadr. (On the way, he saw that) two Muslim men were arguing. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "I came out to inform you about Laylat al-Qadr, but so-and-so were arguing, so (its signs or its determination) was taken away because of that. Perhaps this is better for you. Now seek it in the twenty-seventh, twenty-ninth, and twenty-fifth nights."

Hadith 848
- (تحرُّوا ليلة القدر في الوتر من العشر الأواخر من رمضان) .
Narrated from Sayyidah Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Seek Laylat al-Qadr in the odd nights of the last ten days of Ramadan."

Hadith 849
- " ليلة القدر ليلة سابعة أو تاسعة وعشرين، إن الملائكة تلك الليلة في الأرض أكثر من عدد الحصى ".
Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Laylat al-Qadr occurs on the twenty-seventh or twenty-ninth night; on this night, more angels descend to the earth than the number of pebbles."
