Difference in reward between sitting and standing prayers
Hadith 749
- (صلاةُ القاعِدِ على النِّصْفِ مِنْ صلاةِ القائمِ) .
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Umar, may Allah be pleased with him, that the Noble Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "The reward of the one who performs prayer sitting is half of that of the one who performs prayer standing."
