Hadith 697
- " من السنة في الصلاة أن تضع أليتيك على عقبيك بين السجدتين ".
Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them) says: It is Sunnah that during the sitting between the two prostrations in prayer, you place your buttocks on your heels.
