Silsilat al-Ahadith al-Sahihah

It is narrated from Sayyiduna Salman al-Farsi (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "There is blessing in three things: in gatherings, in tharid (a dish of bread and meat), and in the pre-dawn meal (suhur)."
