Silsilat al-Ahadith al-Sahihah

Hakam bin Mina says that Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Umar and Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrated to him that they heard the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) saying from the planks of his pulpit: "Either the people must certainly stop neglecting the Friday prayers, or Allah will surely set a seal upon their hearts, (as a result of which) they will certainly become heedless."
