Silsilat al-Ahadith al-Sahihah

It is narrated from Ibrahim in mursal form that when the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) would be coming, it would be known by the pleasant (and pure) fragrance.

It is narrated from Sayyidah Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) that she made a black woolen cloak for the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him). He wore it, but when he perspired, the smell of wool began to emanate from it, so he took it off, because pure (and pleasant) fragrance was beloved to him (peace and blessings be upon him).
