Believer is like a honeybee and a date palm
Hadith 263
- " مثل المؤمن مثل النحلة، لا تأكل إلا طيبا، ولا تضع إلا طيبا ".
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Razin and Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with them) that the Messenger (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "The example of a believer is like that of a honeybee, which consumes pure things (from the earth as food) and produces pure fruit."
Hadith 264
- " مثل المؤمن مثل النخلة، ما أخذت منها من شيء نفعك ".
Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrates that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "The example of a believer is like that of a date palm tree, for everything of it is beneficial."
