Silsilat al-Ahadith al-Sahihah

It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them) that a man asked: O Messenger of Allah! Which are the major sins? The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Associating partners with Allah, despairing of Allah's kindness, and losing hope in His mercy."
