Hadith 47
Sayyiduna Abu Sa‘id Khudri (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Messenger (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "When a person accepts Islam and his Islam becomes good, then whatever good deed he had done, Allah Almighty writes it down (and preserves it), and whatever sin he had committed is erased. Then (after that, from Allah Almighty) the further reward is such that one good deed takes the form of ten to seven hundred times, and as for the matter of sin, it remains only one, unless Allah Almighty forgives that as well."
Sayyiduna Hakim bin Hizam (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "You have accepted Islam along with all the good deeds you have done before."
