Sayyiduna Abu Dharr (may Allah be pleased with him) says: The Truthful and Trusted (Muhammad, peace and blessings be upon him) narrated to us from his Lord that Allah Almighty said: "I reward a good deed tenfold or even more, and I recompense an evil deed only onefold or I may even forgive it. (O My servant!) If you come to Me with sins nearly as much as the earth, I will grant you forgiveness as much as that, provided that you did not associate anyone with Me."
Hadith Takhrij«
Hadith 16
Sayyiduna Abu Dharr (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Allah Almighty says: Whoever does a good deed, I will grant him a reward ten times or even more than that, and whoever commits an evil deed, I will give him the recompense of only one evil or I will forgive even that. Whoever meets Me with sins nearly as much as the earth, in the condition that he has not associated anyone with Me, I will grant him forgiveness equal to that. Whoever comes near to Me by a handspan, I come near to him by a cubit; whoever comes near to Me by a cubit, I come near to him by the span of two outstretched arms; and whoever comes to Me walking, I come to him running."

Sayyiduna Uqbah bin Amir al-Juhani (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Whoever meets Allah in such a state that he did not associate anyone with Him, nor did he kill anyone unjustly, he will enter Paradise."

Abu Malik Ashja'i narrates from his father Sayyiduna Tariq bin Ashyam (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Whoever declares Allah to be One and Unique and rejects (all false deities) besides Him, then his wealth and blood become inviolable, and his reckoning is with Allah the Exalted."
Hadith Takhrij«
Hadith 19
Sayyiduna Abu Dharr (may Allah be pleased with him) says: One night I went out and saw that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) was walking alone, and there was no man with him. I thought perhaps the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) disliked that anyone should walk with him. So I began to walk in the shadow of the moon. He turned towards me, saw me, and asked: "Who is this?" I said: "It is Abu Dharr, may Allah make me a sacrifice for you." The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Abu Dharr! Come here." I went to him and walked with him for a while. Then the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said to me: "On the Day of Resurrection, those with much wealth will be few in reward, except the one whom Allah has given wealth and he scattered it to his right, left, front, and back (in charity), and did good deeds with it." Then I continued to walk with him until the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Sit here." The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) made me sit on a flat piece of land, around which there were stones. Then he said: "Remain seated here until I return." Then the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) went towards Harrah (the land of black stones) and disappeared from sight. He stayed there for quite a while. Then I heard him coming, saying: "Even if he steals and commits adultery." When the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) reached me, I could not restrain myself and said: "O Prophet of Allah! May Allah make me a sacrifice for you! Who were you speaking to near the land of Harrah? And no one was replying to you." The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "That was Jibreel. He met me near Harrah and said: (O Muhammad!) Give glad tidings to your Ummah that whoever dies without associating anything with Allah will enter Paradise." I said: "Jibreel! Even if he has stolen and committed adultery?" He said: "Yes." I said: "Even if he has stolen and committed adultery?" He said: "Yes." I said: "Even if he has stolen and committed adultery?" He said: "Yes, and even if he has drunk alcohol."

Hadith 20
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "There was a man among those before you who had not done any good deed except for Tawheed (belief in the Oneness of Allah). When his time of death approached, he said to his family: Listen carefully: If I die, burn me and make me into coal, then crush me and scatter half of me in the air on land and half in the sea. If Allah the Exalted is able to get hold of me, He will punish me with a torment that He has not inflicted on anyone in the worlds. When he died, they did as he had instructed. Meanwhile, Allah the Exalted commanded the land, and it gathered his particles, and He commanded the sea, and it gathered his parts as well. Suddenly (he was given existence and) he was seen standing in the grasp of Allah the Exalted. Allah the Exalted asked: O son of Adam! What made you do what you did? He said: O my Lord! (I did all this) out of fear of You, and You know best. Allah the Exalted forgave him because of his fear, even though he had no good deed except for Tawheed."
