Hadith 10
- (أشهد أن لا إله إلا الله، وأنِّي رسول الله، لا يأتي بهما عبدٌ مُحِقٌ إلاّ وقاه الله حرّ النّار) .
Sayyiduna Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) says: We were with the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) in a battle. We said: O Messenger of Allah! The enemy has arrived well-fed and we are hungry (what will happen)? The Ansar said: Should we not slaughter camels and feed the people? The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: “Whoever has extra food, let him bring it.” Some brought a mudd, some a sa’, some brought more, and some less. From the whole army, twenty-four sa’ (approximately fifty kilograms) were collected. The Noble Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) sat by this pile, supplicated for blessing, then said: “Begin taking, but do not scoop up.” People filled their own bags, sacks, and vessels, until some even tied up their sleeves and filled them too. All of them finished, and the grain remained as it was. Then the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: “I bear witness that Allah alone is worthy of worship and I am the Messenger of Allah. Whoever brings these two testimonies with truth, Allah Almighty will save him from the heat of Hell.”

Hadith 11
- " وأنا أشهد، وأشهد: أن لا يشهد بها أحد إلا برئ من الشرك. يعني الشهادتين ".
Yusuf bin Abdullah bin Salam narrates from his father, who says: We were walking with the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him), and he heard a man in a valley saying: I bear witness that there is no god but Allah and Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) is the Messenger of Allah. The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "And I also bear witness, and furthermore, I bear witness that whoever gives such testimony will be free from shirk (associating partners with Allah)." By this, the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) meant the two testimonies (of the Oneness of Allah and the Messengership). These are the words of Imam Nasa'i, and Imam Tabarani has added at the beginning of the narration: (He heard that) people were asking: O Messenger of Allah! Which deeds are the best? The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "To have faith in Allah and His Messenger, to strive in the path of Allah, and to perform Hajj Mabrur, then he heard..."

Hadith 12
- " ما من نفس تموت وهي تشهد أن لا إله إلا الله وأني رسول الله، يرجع ذلك إلى قلب موقن إلا غفر الله لها ".
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Mu'adh bin Jabal (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Whoever dies in such a state that he bears witness with a heart full of certainty that there is no deity worthy of worship except Allah and that I am the Messenger of Allah, Allah Almighty will forgive him."
