- " إذا ساق الله إليك رزقا من غير مسألة ولا إشراف نفس فخذه، فإن الله أعطاك ".
Qabeesah bin Dhu’ayb reports that Sayyiduna Umar bin Khattab (may Allah be pleased with him) wanted to give Ibn Sa’di one thousand dinars, but he refused to accept and said: “I have no need for them.” Sayyiduna Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) said to him: “I will say to you what the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said to me: When Allah grants you some wealth, while you have neither asked anyone for it nor desired or coveted it, then accept it, for it is Allah who is giving it to you.”
