Silsilah Sahihah

Abdullah bin Thalabah bin Sagheer or Thalabah narrates from his father that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Give (as Sadaqat al-Fitr) one sa’ of wheat (which will be given on behalf of two people), or one sa’ of dates, or one sa’ of barley, on behalf of every free person, slave, young and old."
