Silsilat al-Ahadith al-Sahihah

Lady Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) narrates: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) did an act and then granted a concession in it. When this reached the Companions, they disliked this concession and began to avoid it. When the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) learned of their attitude, he stood as a preacher and said: "What is the matter with people that a concession from me has reached them, but they disliked it and began to avoid it? By Allah! I am the one who knows Allah the most and fears Him the most among you."
