Pre-dawn meal (Suhoor) is blessed
Hadith 864
- (عليكُم بغَدَاءِ السُّحور؛ فإنّه هو الغَدَاءُ المباركُ) .
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Miqdam bin Ma’dikarib (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: “Partake of the pre-dawn meal (suhoor), for indeed it is a blessed meal.”
