Silsilat al-Ahadith al-Sahihah

Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) reports that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) dispatched a (jihad) expedition which obtained abundant spoils and returned very quickly. A man said: O Messenger of Allah! We have not seen any expedition that returned faster or obtained more spoils than this one. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: “Shall I not inform you of (such an expedition) that returns even faster and obtains more spoils than this? A man who performs ablution at home in a good manner, then goes to the mosque, performs the Fajr prayer, and then remains seated there for the Duha prayer (until he performs that prayer), such a man returns faster and obtains more spoils.”
