Silsilat al-Ahadith al-Sahihah

It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Umamah (may Allah be pleased with him), he says: I came to the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) and said: Give me such a command that I may adhere to it. The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Know that whenever you prostrate to Allah, He raises you one degree and erases one of your sins."
