Delaying Asr prayer is a sign of hypocrisy
Hadith 623
- " ألا أخبركم بصلاة المنافق؟ أن يؤخر العصر حتى إذا كانت الشمس كثرب البقرة صلاها ".
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Rafi‘ bin Khadij (may Allah be pleased with him), he states that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Shall I inform you about the prayer of a hypocrite? He keeps delaying the ‘Asr prayer until, when the sun is about to set, he performs it at that time."
