- " انقضي شعرك واغتسلي. أي في الحيض ".
It is narrated from Sayyidah Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said to her when she was menstruating: "Undo your hair and perform ghusl (ritual bath)."
