Silsilat al-Ahadith al-Sahihah

The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "A mudd of water is sufficient for ablution and a sa’ is sufficient for bathing." This hadith is narrated from Sayyiduna Aqil bin Abi Talib, Sayyiduna Jabir bin Abdullah, Sayyiduna Anas bin Malik, and Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them).
