Hadith 3913
- " ما من عام بأكثر مطرا من عام ولكن الله يصرفه بين خلقه [حيث يشاء] . ثم قرأ: * (ولقد صرفناه بينهم [ليذكروا] ) * (¬3) [الآية] ".
Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them) says: It is not that in one year there is more rain than in another year, (every year the amount of rain is the same) but Allah, according to His will, distributes it differently. Then he recited this verse: "And indeed We have explained it among them in various ways so that they may take heed."
