Jibril taught wudu
Hadith 391
- " أتاه جبريل عليه السلام في أول ما أوحي إليه، فعلمه الوضوء والصلاة، فلما فرغ من الوضوء أخذ غرفة من ماء فنضح بها فرجه ".
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Zaid bin Harithah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "In the early days of revelation to the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), Jibreel came and taught him ablution and prayer. When he finished ablution, he took a handful of water and sprinkled it over his private part."
