Silsilat al-Ahadith al-Sahihah

Lady Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) says: I said: O Messenger of Allah! When Allah sends His punishment upon the people of the earth, and among them are righteous people, will they (the righteous) also be destroyed along with the evil ones? The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Aisha! When Allah sends His punishment upon those who deserve it, and among them are righteous people, then they too will be afflicted with the same punishment as them, then they will be resurrected according to their intentions and deeds."
