People’s Bodies Will Be Weighed on Judgment Day
Hadith 3713
- (إئه ليأتي الرّجل العظيمُ السّمين يومَ القيامة؛ لا يزنُ عندَ الله جناح بعوضة) .
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Surely, on the Day of Resurrection, a fat, big man will come, but with Allah he will not weigh even as much as a mosquito's wing. If you wish, recite this verse: «فَلَا نُقِيمُ لَهُمْ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ وَزْنًا» (18-Al-Kahf:105) 'So on the Day of Resurrection, We shall assign no weight to them.'"
