Silsilat al-Ahadith al-Sahihah

It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Indeed, Allah has one hundred mercies. He distributed one mercy among the people of the world, and that is sufficient for them until death. And He has reserved ninety-nine mercies for His close friends, and the mercy that Allah distributed among the people of the world, He will take it back and add it to those ninety-nine, and thus, for His friends on the Day of Resurrection, He will complete one hundred mercies."
