Silsilat al-Ahadith al-Sahihah

Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) says: We were sitting with the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) when suddenly Surah Al-Jumu'ah was revealed to him. When he recited the verse: "And (He has sent him) to others among them who have not yet joined them." (__QUR_N__: Surah Al-Jumu'ah: 3), a man said: O Messenger of Allah! Who are these people meant by this? The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) did not answer him, until he repeated the question two or three times. Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) says: "Salman Al-Farsi was also among us." Then the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) placed his hand on Salman (may Allah be pleased with him) and said: "If faith were at the Pleiades (the highest star), then men from among his people would attain it."
