Silsilat al-Ahadith al-Sahihah

It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "The best tribe among the people of the East is Abdul Qais, (because other) people accepted Islam under compulsion, while they accepted it willingly and gladly."
