Prophet’s love for the Ansar
Hadith 3322
- (اللهُ يَعْلَمُ أنَّ قلبي يُحبُّكُنَّ. قالهَ لِجَوَارٍ مِنْ بني النَّجارِ) . أخرجه الطبراني في "المعجم الصغير" (ص 15- هندية، 25- الروض النضير) ، والبيهقي في "دلائل النبوة" (2/508) من طريقين عن أبي خيثمة
Sayyiduna Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) passed by the tribe of Banu Najjar, and the girls were singing while playing the duff: "We are the girls of Banu Najjar. How wonderful! How wonderful! Muhammad (peace be upon him) is such a good neighbor." The Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Allah knows that my heart loves you."
