Silsilat al-Ahadith al-Sahihah

Sayyiduna Jafshish Kindi (may Allah be pleased with him) says: I said, "O Messenger of Allah! From which people are you?" He (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "We are from Banu Nadr bin Kinana. We do not slander our mother, nor do we deny our father."
