- " اللهم بارك لأهلها فيها. يعني العنز ".
The freed slave of the Messenger, Sayyiduna Thawban (may Allah be pleased with him), narrates that a Bedouin guest came to us. The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) sat in front of his houses and began to ask him: How happy are people upon accepting Islam? How much do they observe the prayer? In response, that man kept mentioning pleasing things until the face of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) appeared radiant and fresh. When half the day had passed and it was time to eat, he quietly called me and said, without any negligence: Go to Aisha and inform her about the guest of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) (so that she may send food). Lady Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) said: By the One Who sent you (peace and blessings be upon him) with guidance and the true religion! I have nothing to eat. (I returned to the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) and informed him of the situation.) He (peace and blessings be upon him) sent me to all his wives, but each one presented the same excuse as Lady Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her). The color of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) faded.
The Bedouin said: We are dwellers of the wilderness and endure hardships; we are not city dwellers. Just a handful of dates is enough for us, and after that, if we get water and milk, we consider that abundance and prosperity. Meanwhile, one of our goats, which we used to call "Thamar," passed by, and she had just been milked. The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) called her by saying "Thamar," and she came bleating towards him. He (peace and blessings be upon him) recited Bismillah, held her leg, recited Bismillah and tied her, then recited Bismillah and touched her navel. Milk gathered anew in the goat's udders. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) called me with a vessel; I brought the vessel, and he (peace and blessings be upon him) recited Bismillah and milked her until the vessel was full. He handed it to the guest, who drank to his fill. When he wanted to put the vessel down, the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Drink more." Again, when he intended to put the vessel down, the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Drink more." The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) kept telling him this repeatedly until he was fully satisfied and drank as much as he wished. Then the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) recited Bismillah, milked the goat, and said: "Take this to Aisha." She drank as much as she deemed appropriate. I returned to the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), and he again recited Bismillah, milked the goat, and started sending me to his wives. Whenever they drank, I would return to the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), and he would recite Bismillah and milk the goat. (When the Mothers of the Believers were finished,) the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Give it to the guest." I gave it to him, and he recited Bismillah and drank as much as he wished. Then the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) (after drinking himself) gave it to me. Where the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) had placed his lips, I placed my lips exactly there and drank a beverage sweeter than honey and more fragrant than musk. Then the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "O Allah! Bless this goat for its owners."
