Dua During Dangerous Wind
Hadith 3054
- " لا تسبوا الريح، فإذا رأيتم ما تكرهون فقولوا: اللهم إنا نسألك من خير هذه الريح وخير ما فيها وخير ما أمرت به، ونعوذ بك من شر هذه الريح وشر ما أمرت به ".
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ubayy bin Ka'b (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Do not speak ill of the wind. So when you see (a storm) that you dislike, then recite this supplication: O Allah! We ask You for the goodness of this wind, the goodness that is in it, and the goodness for which it has been commanded, and we seek refuge in You from the evil of this wind, the evil that is in it, and the evil for which it has been commanded."
