Dua in Times of Panic
Hadith 3044
- (كان إذا حزبَه أمرٌ، قال: يا حيُ! يا قيُّومُ! برحمتِكَ أستغيثُ) .
Sayyiduna Anas bin Malik (may Allah be pleased with him) says that when a serious matter would arise, the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) would say: "O Ever-Living! O Sustainer, Who maintains everything by Your power! I seek help from You through Your mercy."
