Silsilat al-Ahadith al-Sahihah

The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Allah Almighty looks at His creation on the night of mid-Sha'ban and forgives all His creation, except for the one who associates partners with Him and the one who harbors enmity." This hadith is narrated from Sayyiduna Mu'adh bin Jabal, Sayyiduna Abu Tha'labah al-Khushani, Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Amr, Sayyiduna Abu Musa al-Ash'ari, Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah, Sayyiduna Abu Bakr al-Siddiq, Sayyiduna Awf bin Malik, and Sayyidah Aisha (may Allah be pleased with them all).
