Heart characterized by faith, truthfulness, and trust is free from disbelief, lying, and betrayal
Hadith 286
- " لا يجتمع الإيمان والكفر في قلب امرئ، ولا يجتمع الكذب والصدق جميعا، ولا تجتمع الخيانة والأمانة جميعا ".
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Faith and disbelief cannot both be combined in a man's heart, and likewise, truth and falsehood cannot be combined, nor can betrayal and trustworthiness be gathered together."
