Gold and Silk Forbidden for Men
Hadith 2855
- " من كان يؤمن بالله واليوم الآخر، فلا يلبس حريرا ولا ذهبا ".
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Umamah Bahili (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Whoever believes in Allah and the Last Day should neither wear silk nor gold."
