Silsilah Sahihah

It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "The son of Adam has three hundred and sixty (360) joints or bones, and every day a charity is due from each joint. (Some types of charity are as follows:) Every good word is charity, a man's helping his brother is charity, giving a sip of water is charity, and removing something harmful from the road is charity."
