Silsilat al-Ahadith al-Sahihah

Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with them) narrates that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Whoever sees a person afflicted with a trial and recites this supplication: 'All praise is due to Allah who has granted me safety from that with which He has afflicted you and has favored me over many of His creation,' then that affliction will not befall him."
