Standing while eating or drinking
Hadith 2592
- (كنّا نشربُ ونحنُ قِيامٌ، ونأكلُ ونحنُ نمشي، على عهدِ رسولِ الله - صلى الله عليه وسلم -) .
Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) says that during the time of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him), we used to eat and drink while standing.
