Envy is the enemy of goodness
Hadith 2575
- (لا يزالُ النّاس بخير؛ ما لم يتحاسدوا) .
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Dumrah bin Tha'labah (may Allah be pleased with him), he states that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "People will remain upon goodness and virtue as long as they do not envy one another."
