Silsilat al-Ahadith al-Sahihah

It is narrated from Sayyiduna Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) brought a slave to Sayyidah Fatimah (may Allah be pleased with her), whom he gifted to her. Sayyidah Fatimah (may Allah be pleased with her) had a cloth; when she covered her head with it, it would not reach her feet, and when she covered her feet with it, it would not reach her head. When the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) saw her distress, he said: "(If the covering is not complete) there is no harm, because (here) there is only your father and your slave."
