Silsilat al-Ahadith al-Sahihah

A companion of the Messenger narrates that a man said to the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him): "Point out to me such matters that I may adopt in my life, and do not mention too many (matters) because I forget." The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Avoid anger and rage." The man asked the same question again. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "(Just) refrain from anger (only)."
